  • Plants are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Once delivered, we do not accept returns or refunds for live plants under any condition.

  • Return is possible only after confirmation by our support team.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and reported for return within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Any return request after 24 hours will not be accepted.
